“I entered my gift card into the redeem website and it said this code is invalid or has already been claimed. I had the card with me for the entire time from purchase to entry, so I know it was not already claimed. What am I doing wrong?”

Code is case sensitive and only works if inputted as all upper case as shown on the back of the card. Lower case did not work and reported invalid or already claimed.
