- Answer No, to get a new phone you'll need to order directly from Mint's website. Best Buy only carries the sim packs with prepaid service or the service one. And yes, it's super simple to setup yourself. Takes only a few min. Just go to their website to ensure your phone is compatible. Generally if it's GSM and unlocked, it'll work.

QuestionI’m only in the US for 5-6 months a year, if I buy the Buy 3 get 3 which will get me through to end of May when I return to Canada, how do I cancel just before the 6 months are up so I’m not charged once I’m back in CANADA and no longer need the service?

- Answer Yes, combined. So 8GB of 5G + 2GB of 4G, etc. You get 10GB of high-speed data per month, then once your 10GB of high-speed data is used, you get unlimited slow-speed data.
