$45 for 3 months which averages out to be $15 a month. This is an introductory offer. After that the customer needs to pay for 12 months in advance to average $15 a month.

Yes.  It's $45 for 3 months.  $15 per month.  You can either upgrade to 10GB, 15GB ore unlimited plans if you run out of data.
