make sure to use the usb-c cables it came with and secondly, the screen has an adjustment at the top...it's a wheel, push down to select the quality you want (roll it left or right to make the changes).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may need to plug the usb c directly into the computer and the usb into an accessory jack (or vice versa). I found the issue to resolve when they were not both plugged in to the laptop directly.
