This unit does come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. You can check with your local store, and if they are able to locate the receipt info the Geek Squad desk should be able to exchange the unit same day.

It does have a one year warranty. The staff at Best Buy are great about replacing it if there is ever a problem.

I don't remember seeing a warranty on package. I can say it is heavier gauge wire than the cheaper ones so seems to look like it will last longer.

if you are a my best buy member their rewards program and you used that when you made the purchase they can pull up the receipt. I believe they have 90 day return policy for those items but I could be mistaken.your best bet is to go into the store and talk with customer service and tell them what happened.

I don't believe it comes with a warranty. It is possible you received a bad cord but I've had mine a while and they seem to work just fine.
