Is there an associated fast wall adapter, or can you use any wall adapter? According to reviews this is a fast charger, but sometimes the wall plug being standard may defeat the purpose. Is there a wall charger recommended to purchase together with this? null

The speed depends on the wall or vehicle adapter you choose. This is just a cord. It's capable of fast charging, but only when used with a fast charge adapter.

The brick port (wall adapter) has the fast charge ability built into that. As long as you are using a fast charge wall adapter this cord will fast charge your phone.

I didn't purchase a separate adapter but I use this with my Samsung adapter and it works just fine. When I use it with my Samsung adapter it fast charges so I'm pretty sure you can use it with any fast charging adapter and it will work the same way.

The plug is not a standard Samsung plug. You can't take this plug and plug it into your phone. The wall charger that's required comes with the phone....
