• I1. Make sure you plug charger into WALL SOCKET NOT EXTENSIONS 2. Press red button on wall outlet to reset it. Some wall chargers have these and others do not. 3. Put device into AIRPLANE MODE as it will charge faster 5. Try different wall outlets if the instructions still do not work 6. Still problems? Open a beer and call BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE
