“My headphones aren't charging after low battery warning? It said low battery , I turned them off saw the red light. Now when I plug them in they won't charge.”

Try doing a hard reset. Push the On toggle and the Volume Up button at the same time. Then try plugging them in to charge. The red light comes on until they are charged then turns solid blue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried power cycling the headset? Unplug the base from your system then hold the mute button for 15 seconds.. You'll hear a crackle. Then plug the base back in, dock the headset and see if the red charge light comes on. This process has helped with a few issues I ran into maybe it'll help with this as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If they dont charge after a long period i would try another outlet of another charging base. I wouldn't recommend using anything but your computer to charge them though b/c the amperage out of some chargers can kil the battery.
