Distilled water nuggets are more clear but no nuggers are perfectly clear, the crunchiness is caused by little pockets of air and they, for lack of z better term, refract the light, and look a bit white. Whiteness is enhanced by hard water, which will lead to high maintenance, so buy a distiller, they help.
