“linking not successful originally I could link up with my iphone, now it is continually unsuccessful.., any suggestions”

• When I have that sort of problem with the Bluetooth device I delete or the pairing in my Bluetooth menu, and start over. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer or Best Buy.

• Delete it from your iPhone, turn your iPhone off and on then add it back.
