• I can’t remember the membership “free” period. It’s great to have. It’s leading in to your yearly Purchase so if your one that needs help and asks questions it’s their way of getting g you to but the membership.

• You should've had 24mo with Apple Care please go back to Apple and let'em know you paid too much for their product and you deserve their 24mo warranty.
