The case on the phone may be inhibiting the charge.

If the back panel on your phone case is thicker than 3mm, or if the case contains a battery or other metal, it may prevent the phone from wirelessly charging. If this is not the issue, and you are continuing to have trouble charging your device, please reach out to our Technical Support team at 888-866-7443, as they can best advise on what the issue may be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had problems with my unit initially. I would suggest the the following. With the unit plugged in, 1. When you place the battery on the charger does the light on the base illuminate? (there is an LED approximately opposite the power connector) the led should come on when the mophie battery is placed on the charger. 2. If the LED does not come on, check that the battery pack supports wireless charging. 3. if the LED is on then check the connection between the phone and the battery pack, I needed to clean this out as there was lint in the phone connector.
