How or where can I get a replacement USB cord? I recently left my usb cord in another city. Is there a specific USB cord I need to get? When I tried using a random USB cord that I had in my apt it registered as device not recognized. How do i get a replacement?

any best buy store has a generic micro USB cable which this case uses to charge.

find a usb-c cord best buy or use lg bluetooth headset to charge it any computer will carry it

It was most likely just not used to that charger. Couple things, you can try to find a new charging socket to plug the usb in if it doesn't work in yours or you can go to best buy and usually pick them up. But i had the same case i was able to use other micro usb chargers.

Any Micro usb cord will work I would recommend testing the plug for a secure fit as some are loose and don't work as well
