Just got this and have only used a couple times. Seems to only charge my phone about 40%. Is that normal? null

I get about 75% if I recharge when my phone is at 10%. There is a 2 year waranety on the case if it’s not working correctly. I would charge phone and case alone then put into case and see if that helps. If not call Mophie and have them replace it.

I leave the battery powered on all the time. That way it’s constantly charging my phones internal battery. I can make it till mid afternoon before the external battery dies and it starts using the internal battery.

40% is low. Mine charges to about 60-70%. I would consider exchanging it for a new one.

I use the battery from the mophie first. It takes longer to recharge your iPhone ounces it's dead. Start with a complete charge on your iPhone and mophie. Then turn on the mophie so it uses that battery first. You'll find your phone will stay fully charged all day and into the night (depending on how you use it)
