• mine got so hot the phone stopped charging and said it wouldn't resume til the phone cooled off...thats TOO HOT!

• Yes, ours gets warm/hot also, but it doesn't hurt the phone or the charger in any way.

• No problem. Full charging from 10% to 100% takes about 20 minutes.

• The case often gets warm while charging the phone battery. When the charge completes, the case returns to room temperature.

• its supposed to. you will notice your phone will charge in like 20 min, the heat is a result of a fast charge.
