It turns the battery power on and off on the case. When off the phone uses its own battery power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Always charge on red. Your I phone will charge first. Press the button on the back, when all 4 lights stay on its fully charged. When your I phone needs charging again, flip the switch to green and it charges your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turns the case on. It only charges the phone when it's in the "on" (green) position.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The switch on the back is used to use or not use the power supply. If it's green, then the case is charging the phone. If it's on red, then its dormant and if your phone begins to get low, just flip it to green.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The switch controls when the case is charging your phone. Red it's off, green on. I leave the switch on red, run off of my phone's charge until I get the 20% left message, then I flip the switch to green and recharge it. Normally I have a light left on the back afterwards. I think I figured out that you get about 125% charge, so if your phone's charged it's a 2 1/4 times charge (two full charges and maybe 25% more of a charge). You can leave it flipped to green, and the charger will run your phone for a charge and a little more, then the phone charge takes over. When it's charging you'll see the little charge on the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turns the Power on. When it is Green, will be sending "juice" to the phone and charging the battery. When it is Red, is basically in standby mode no transfer of "juice" from Mophie to phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery is in reserve until you slide it from red to green. Essentially red is standby. Once you slide it over you have an additional full battery charge.
