• When fully charged, all four lights will light up on the indicator.

• It should show 4 lights if it's fully charged. One light means maybe 25% or less left with your battery pack.

• I believe you have four lights on that unit. Each light represents a percentage of charge. when all the light are lit, your unit will be fully charged.
