Firgure a phone ranges 1900-3200 mAh and this is a 10400 mAh so you’d get about 3-5 charges. Depending what your phone battery is. And go pros are around 1060-1140 mAh so you get about 8-9 charges. Again depends on the size of the batteries

I’ve read comments of people being able to fully charge their phones and still have over half a charge left on the mophie, I’ve read other comments of people charging 60%. It’s really dependent on what phone or GoPro you have. Although, I’ve read all positive reviews on this product and it seems to me that it would be a good choice.
