“How do you know if it’s charging ? There is no lights. I left it plugged in overnight and i dont think it charged. What am i doing wrong ?”

Their is a small button on the side , push it and lights will come on. The # of lights will tell you if the battery is low or full. Max is four lights
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi..you wanna make sure you're using the C type cord.... don't try and charge it using USB port. Hopefully this helps. Also the lights in the side of the device blink as it charges. If none of the above work. You probably have portable charger that is faulty.
