“This doesn't come with cables. Just opened it. Can't find any info on what cable to get to charge this device itself - Nor how to charge since it has 3 USB ports. Assuming the small port (C) most logical. What cable do I need to buy to safely charge it?”

You can charge with any cable that fits the ports.
