No. It announces that you have a call and then once you press the button will announce that you are answering.

Motorola H730 Bluetooth Headset does not have caller Id, but you can look at your phone to see who is calling. This device can be paired to two different phones at the same time.

If you're asking, when an incoming call is coming through, does it read out the number to you? then the answer is no. However, this is the best Bluetooth that I have ever had. 1, it is more comfortable than any others because it is lightweight and lays flat on your ear making it possible to wear it all day long vs other Bluetooth models that lay on your ear with a little rubber plug that goes in the ear (which I find very uncomfortable after a while). 2, the battery life is better than described by the manufacturer. I can charge it fully and wear it for two and a half days without needing to re-charge it (excluding at night, I just turn it off), and when you turn it on and put it on it will tell you exactly what the battery level is.
