Yes, by tuning the FM radio to an unused frequency. The sound isn't all that, but I don't think that's entirely the Roadster's fault. I didn't even know it could do that when I bought it, so it was a bonus feature, but I almost never use it.

Yes it works great on iPhone using Bluetooth it will pair with phone easily. And will connect to car speakers.

Works fine to play stored music on iPhone or even streaming music such as Pandora. The FM transmitter in the unit sends the music to the car radio.
