The middle mount uses the Vesa standard, I use the the mount for a 27 monitor, but you can also buy third party trays online that are compatible with the Vesa standard
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this unit. I keep my middle monitor low, about 4 inches above the desktop. I'm not totally sure how the tray works, but if it attaches around the arm in the middle and locks to it, it seems like there is enough room for that to happen. I could position my monitor even lower and it would probably not work, but as long as you keep it 5 inches or more above desktop you should be OK. I have 27" monitors on each side of a 32" in the middle, and have the side monitors higher to make room for laptops below them, which does not leave room to attach to the side bars. The configuration options are really good. The units is well built and flexible. Highly recommended.
