Will these work with a Smart TV? null

It depends on what smart tv. Some of them you need a very specific model of headphones. As long as your TV has bluetooth accesible to any device then you can use it. otherwise you'll have to buy a bluetooth adapter that plugs into the headphone jack or an RCA jack.
