I have this tree that's 1 year old. I have 7 lights in a row that won't light. I tested all 7 with LED light fixer and they work. Inserted all back in, about 4 times. No luck. So the answer is, you may have a partial or full string that won't light. The LED gun says it won't work on prelit trees because of low voltage. Not sure what to do. I have it decorated and sure as heck am not going to tear it down for return this season.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, if one goes out or jumps stops functioning like the rest, the tree will still light up. LED's like on this tree, aren't like the old lights where if one goes out then they all do.
