Lemme guess, firefly? That’s the coolest setting and mine doesn’t work from voice commands either. I just make the selection in the Alexa app and call it a day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. The Firefly feature doesn't work and I have tried reinstalling it but to no avail. Not sure if exchanging it will fix the issue since I believe it is a flaw with Alexa.
