• Yes. The keyboard is really nice, too. If it isn't mechanical, then it feels really close. The mouse looks to be a good USB mouse, but I used another and didn't try it.

• Yes it comes with a gaming mouse and keyboard that light up with the RGB colors. The one I got with mine was the KB - VIGOR GK30 & the mouse - CLUTCH GM11.
