The board does not have a TPM chip, but it does support firmware TPM (fTPM), if your processor has this feature. You'll need to check the specifications of your CPU to see if it supports fTMP. And yes, Windows 11 works fine with fTPM. I have a 5800X CPU, and Microsoft's PC Health Check application says that my PC meets the TPM requirements, and will work with Windows 11.
