• It is updated for Ryzen 5000 processors out of the box. This should be the case for all motherboards purchased new, as they have updated them at the factory. There is a sticker in the bottom right that will state this.

• If the box is received with a Ryzen 5000 series ready sticker, it will not require a bios update to support the Ryzen 9 5900X.
