You have to flash the BIOS using the top USB port (the one with the flash button next to it) and a thumb drive with the BIOS update on it. Need to use a less-than 32GB drive so that you can use FAT32 formatting on the drive. You also have to rename the BIOS file to something specific .MSI I think it is ROM.MSI(?) Use Gemini and be specific and Gemini can walk you through it.
