Does this board have a built in GPU in it null

The B550 Tomahawk does not have a built in GPU but does support APUs that have integrated graphics.

No, unfortunately the B550 and boards within the same series do not include a on board GPU, the majority of consumer motherboards do not. if you don’t want to purchase a separate GPU I recommend getting a CPU with integrated graphics.
