“Was wondering if this is a good board to go with my Ryzen 9 5900x? I dont need any wifi capabilities with the board, however if there is better reccomendations I would be fine spending a little more for a different b550 or X570.”

That CPU will be fine with this motherboard, coming from a user who uses that same cpu and motherboard.
