No. The thermal paste is included but not applied already. You do it upon installation. Be sure to remove the protective plastic from the cooling block before installing.

It does not - if using a modern Intel CPU I would recommend an aftermarket paste due to the larger IHS. The teeny amount provided is juuuuust enough and I prefer to have a backup plan.

No but it comes with a small tube but I would personally use kingpin or thermal grizzlies Kryonot extreme past not grease!

Mine didn’t, I believe thermal paste will have to be purchased separately for this. It was a very straightforward install though for what it’s worth, and a good product for the price.

It does not come with pre applied thermal past on the cold plate. But it does come with a small tube of thermal past that you can apply yourself.
