“I bought this and it won't boot I think I received a doa board. I have tested literally everything else in my PC on my brothers PC it has to be this board. Is this compatible with ddr4 3200 and i711700f because if so it was definitely DOA”

The i7-11700f needs a gpu as it has no integrated graphics.

Please try again later.the CPU you picked has no integrated graphics and so this board will require a dedicated GPU to boot otherwise you will also want to triple check the manufacture date to make sure it didnt ship with a bios earlier than would support your board if all those check green then triple check your wires and PSU power switch otherwise possible DOA
