I have the same Video Card but I am using a MSI B350 Tomahawk Mother Board. I have not had any problems and the Card is working great.

However, on some lower-end Dell products - particularly those sold using a built-in video processor, you will have to change settings in the BIOS to force the computer to use a slot-based card. If you’re replacing a card that doesn’t apply. You might not be getting the necessary voltage out of the power supply upgrade, the card isn’t seated properly, or the card itself might be defective. If you have another computer you can isolate the problem with a bit of testing.
