• Yes, it will work fine. However, given the mobo and CPU you have, this GPU will be a bottleneck in most gaming applications (a 2080 Super or higher is a better match). Also, 32GB of RAM at XMP speed will make a noticeable improvement over 16GB given your CPU.

• Question should be can your power supply handle it? Most motherboards will have a PCIe slot for a graphic cards. You will need at least a 450watt or better power supply and the correct power connectors for it. This card takes a 8pin PCIe power plug. If your power supply has one then you should be good to go.
