is this 2 120mm fans or 2 140mm fans null

its a 240mm radiator per their website, yes that is likely insufficient for a 500W card. Per EKWB data on their radiators, you'd need over 2800rpm fans to cool 500W with a 240mm radiator of standard thickness. If you do get this card, I'd highly recommend doubling up fans on it, which you should do on any AIO GPU anyways.
