“Hooked this up to ps5 and talked to msi. All settings are correct but cannot get 120hz. Right cables and right settings. Anyone else have this issue?”

Also only sine games support 120Hz such as Modern Warfare, Warzone, Cold War , Fortnite etc

Put your PS5 In Performance Mode thats all Go to settings—> Game Presets —> Performance Mode ( May say Resolution Mode when you see it)
