It appears that they are compatible, yes. Size of your cooler will be the next thing to look at in terms of space in your unit and on the mobo.

Yes - this mobo will work with any 10th gen Intel CPU using the LGA 1200 socket including the 10600k.

Yes, that cpu has the LGA-1200 socket. I have the same mobo and I put in a I9-10850k works as it should.
