The Nanit Breathing Band should be used over light weight pajamas. Using a weighted sleep sack could cause issues with breathing motion detection, resulting in a false red alert. You can use any fitted sheet with the Nanit system. When using the Breathing Motion Monitoring we do suggest that you use avoid using sheets with patterns.
