I have never had a Native Union charging cord break. Some I have had for 2 years. I would check with Best Buy. It sounds like it may have been possibly defective. Mine are nearly indestructible. I have dogs and cats trying to mess with them.

Yes there is, if you still have your reciept contact the company and they will send you a new one. If you dont have one check your best buy account and it will show in recent purchases.

Cord comes with a warranty card that claims it has a Lifetime warranty! Make a call to Native union!

Take it back to the store ... I’m not sure where you’re re using it but I’ve had all 4 of mine for 5 or more years and never had any issues!

Ther3 is a warranty but you have to register it for a warranty

The man being the manufacturer is who will replace this cord if you send them the cord and a return address. I will call their customer service department as I think they would remedy your situation quickly.

When I purchased my chord, a lifetime warranty came with it as long as I registered the item on their web site.
