Not super hot but Nespresso says it is because they set the brew temps for exact standards for the type of coffee. Little tricks help........don’t add cold creamer to the coffee , add it at room temp.....first cup is coolest...if you make several coffee seems to be hotter and the newer machines seem to brew a bit hotter

The temperature is controlled by the machine so it is not able to be varied. I find that it is not necessary for it to be piping hot so the temperature of the coffee delivered is adequate for my taste.

I think it simply depends on personal preference on what is hot for you. I think it comes out just hot enough (for me). I also own a keurig and I think they both have similar temperatures when the coffee comes out. I would recommend just buying it, trying it out and returning it in those 7 or 14 days that Best Buy does on returns. I actually love this machine better than the Keurig and have had no problems.

The temperature is ok but a temperature adjustment would be an improvement. If you could raise and lower the temperature of the milk frothier that would make a difference. The coffee: espresso machine could use it to. A little of both.
