I believe so, it's been a while. But I think you have to give them a CC to generate a log on account. BUT, you have an option to choose how to pay for your subscription. So generate your log on profile, give the necessary information. But before you actually start to watch anything. Hopefully you had already purchased a Netflix card, at the same time you generate your account. Add the Netflix card to your account. Keep in mind, once the money from the card runs out Netflix will then charge you're CC. So once you get an e-mail from Netflix telling you your $$ on the gift card is running, go purchase another one. How long the money last depends on the subscription/plan you get. I hope this helps.
