Yes, a cigarette lighter USB power adapter can be plugged into the USB-C power port

That will keep it charged up, I travel all the time with mine it is the best device by far I have ever used! You will not be disappointed. It’s very powerful and very reliable! I don’t leave home without it!!

I do not have any experience using it in a vehicle, but I know that it can be attached to a usb port. It also has a battery.
