“Does it come with an H-Shifter attachment mount? Ideally it should accommodate the steering wheel and pedals but I'm curious if it comes with a shifter mount to attached to the right of the seat or if that is sold seperately.”

Yes, this comes with a shifter mount you can put on either the left or right side. You can see in the stock photo for this product to the left, but it has mounting points on both sides
