Yes it absolutely does! I'm just starting to scratch the surface of what this camera can do with low light camera concert shots.

Please try again later.I didn't shoot concert pictures but indoor and dark background without flash came out good.With flash on turned out well within 5 to 12 feet of subject. For greater distance no flash and room light was fine but exposure is slowed so have to be steady or use tripod.
