Yes, it does. The Nikon COOLPIX B500 digital camera uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to seamlessly connect to a compatible smart device running the SnapBridge application. This creates a constant connection for your camera, so the minute you decide to upload an image you can simply transfer your image to the connected smart device. The camera's built-in Wi-Fi capability can be used with a compatible I-Phone, I -Pad, and I-Pod touch with the following versions: iOS 8 version 8.4 and later and iOS 9 version 9.1 and later; iPhone 5 or later, fourth-generation iPad or later and Android 5.0 or later, 6.0.1 or later, or 7.0.
