There are a couple of different optional accessories that can be used with the Nikon D3300 DSLR to allow for shutter release, both wireless and cabled. Once is the Nikon Wireless Remote Control ML-L3, which does not need a cord and one is the Nikon MC-DC2 Remote Release Cord which is three and a third foot in length. Another option for remote release is the Nikon WR-T10 and Nikon WR-R10. The Nikon WR-T10 is a Wireless Remote Controller that is designed to work with the Nikon WR-R10 Wireless Remote Controller (transceiver) to wirelessly control the shutter release on the Nikon D3300 camera.
