“Hi, I'm looking to buy a camera to start photography as a hobbie on a more professional level ie. with a real camera rather than a compact one or a phone. Is this deal with two lenses available in stores too or just online?”

I'd look more to the D7100 , D7200 or D7500. You will outgrow the D3000 series fast! The 70-300mm lens I like. The 18-55mm lens is junk. Won't even put it on my camera.
