The D3200 does not include a 'Skin Softening' filter or effect. However, the 'Portrait' and 'Child' Scene modes and 'Portrait' Picture Control include settings to create soft and natural-looking skin tones. In addition, a soft filter effect can be added to entire pictures after they have been taken using the Filter Effects option in the Retouch Menu.
